• It has multiple nearby bus stops, giving you even more options to explore the city.
House Rules:
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
• You will need to sign a temporary rental contract.
• Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be counted here.
• You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
