The Space: This contemporary 1 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for 2 guests. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a snug sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes, large windows and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away. Getting Around: Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.
