You will love soaking in the sunsets from a comfortable seat on the screened patio. Fire up the grill and turn on the outdoor TV to enjoy your favorite shows as you gather to make lasting memories with family and friends. The private dock is ideal for fishing and launching kayaks, be on the lookout for a variety of birds, dolphins, and manatees! The extended dock, floating dock, and gangway are a dream come true for your waterfront getaway. Sip your morning coffee on the screened front porch and enjoy the serenity of the beautifully landscaped and fully fenced front yard. Step inside for even more fun and relaxation. The home has been recently renovated and features custom finishes throughout. You are sure to rest well in the three bedrooms, featuring soft linens and brand-new mattresses. Wash your cares away in the spa-like bathrooms, which are equipped with fresh white towels. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite foods and drinks, and there is plenty of space to enjoy them at the counter and around the dining table.
Nearby Endless Summer Surf Station surfing school offers surfing lessons, and board and electric bike rentals, great for riding along the beach and enjoying the sites! The area is also a fisherman’s paradise and offers plenty of variety between surf fishing and river fishing. Frank Butler Park is adjacent to the neighborhood and has a boat ramp, floating dock, picnic tables and restrooms. Kayak, canoe, and fishing gear rentals, along with another river dock are available at nearby Genung’s Fish Camp. Pizza, great seafood, Italian, and southern fare are all located within a mile of the condo. Grocery stores are located within a 10 minute drive.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
