Welcome to your bright CO retreat! With five beds plus a sofa bed, this clean home offers comfort, style, and Colorado charm in a peaceful neighborhood near Olde Town Arvada. Inside, you’ll find three TVs, a desk, and plenty of natural light. Multiple living areas and a fully equipped kitchen make it easy to relax, cook, and connect. Step outside to a fenced yard with a propane firepit, cornhole, and outdoor seating—All part of the fun in this superb Arvada location! BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Sorry, no cats. AC: The home features central heat but doesn’t include central A/C. To keep things cool, there’s a portable A/C in the upstairs bedroom, a unit in the kitchen, and fans around the house. SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but may access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay. LEAK SENSORS: are located on the floor in the bathrooms behind the toilet or under the vanity, in the laundry room, and under the kitchen sink. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof.
