On the lower level, you’ll find a large family room for entertainment and a bedroom with a queen-size Murphy bed. A large patio door provides direct access to the yard and the lake, allowing you to make the most of the outdoor space. This level also includes a full bathroom and a small powder room for added convenience. Outside, relax on the spacious terrace under the sun or in the new hot tub while enjoying the serene lake views.
