The dock can accommodate a motorboat up to 22 feet, and a boat launch is conveniently located nearby (after cleaning at Fitch Bay or Magog Marina). Property Manager is committed to respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused.
