The Castello Villa da Sacco apartment is located in the prestigious and historic Villa da Sacco. In the past, Villa da Sacco was the castle of Colà, the centre of economic and social life of the small village. Villa da Sacco has been transformed into a residence of approximately 25 units with a large tree-lined park and a swimming pool.
It is located in a strategic position a few metres from the famous Terme di Colà, 500 metres from the centre of Colà with restaurants and bars and a short distance from Lazise and Lake Garda.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2024 with elegance and attention to detail, maintaining the ancient characteristics and some exposed stone features.
As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a living room with a large sofa with satellite TV and a dining area with a table with 4 comfortable chairs. The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, SMEG refrigerator and everything necessary for cooking.
The bedroom is connected to the living area and offers a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans for the hottest days and large ancient walls protect from external heat. The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning.
Parking: Guests can park a car in the residence’s car park.
The spacious park with century-old trees surrounds the communal swimming pool, which has a solarium terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds available to guests. We specify that animals are not permitted in the pool area.
