It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or bring pets on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they smoke on the property.
