It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along Spencer St will drop you anywhere in the city within a few minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of this part of the CBD are literally at your doorstep. The space includes 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Bathroom, open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony capturing the most incredible views and natural light. Please note we allow up to 3 guests to occupy the apartment, however, the sofa may not be appropriate for all people to sleep on. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL MATTRESS.
