Entertaining is a must in the palatial formal dining space graced with those mesmerizing views across the lake. Accommodations include 5 spacious bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests, two washer and dryer hookups and two Rinnai hot water heaters. The first-floor guest suite is a spacious King Bedroom with private ensuite with its own spa shower. The second floor is home to the primary bedroom retreat which boasts a pyramid-shaped ceiling lined with gorgeous mellow wood. Custom chandeliers and wall sconces decorate the primary bath with its spa shower and soaker tub. In addition, guests will find respite with the choice of a Queen Bedroom with a twin built-in and private bath, Queen Bedroom with a shared bath, or Double Twin Bedroom with a shared bath. The third level features a family entertainment space with a game room, wet bar, and Queen over Queen bunk, and an additional half bath, but the true pièce de résistance of the home is the third-floor sun deck with unobstructed views. Guests have access to six adult bikes and the community amenities including the fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, community pool and playground. Only Good Vibes is just two blocks from eateries like Crab Trap and access to the Gulf of Mexico.
