Located on the second floor just steps from the sand, this coastal retreat offers a fresh, modern feel with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The open-concept living area invites you to unwind with a plush sofa, armchair, and Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker — plus six barstools at the breakfast counter for casual dining or morning coffee before heading out to the beach. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and private en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a twin-over-double bunk bed next to a second bath with a stand-up shower. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy and comfortable. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony with ocean breezes or spend the afternoon by the outdoor pool. A seasonal outdoor pool is available for guest use. When are lifeguards on duty at the beach? ✹ Ocean City lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those set by the Department of the Environment (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.
