Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the home, private hot tub, cowboy tub, swing set, firepit lounge, BBQ area, and all outdoor seating and dining spaces. The driveway offers convenient parking for multiple vehicles. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple and stress-free, so you can settle in and start enjoying the desert right away. ◦ THINGS TO NOTE: Games:  • Dual basketball hoop arcade game  • Big Buck Hunter Pro arcade machine  • Ms. Pac-Man classic arcade machine  • Neon lights & galaxy mural for an immersive vibe ◦ Pool heating: If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September. Pool heating fee: - $350 For the first day - $250 For every day after that ◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address * Pet Fee is $100 per pet - We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner’s severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding! ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
