Escape to Merlot Mountain, a stunning luxury retreat in Broken Bow, perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. This elegant one-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin offers a private heated pool, hot tub, and cozy fireplace, creating an unforgettable experience.
If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September. Pool heating is $100 per day.
The spacious air-conditioned living area features a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, or relax by the outdoor fireplace under the stars.
Guests can enjoy free WiFi, private on-site parking, and easy access to local attractions, including a nearby casino. With high-end amenities, a romantic ambiance, and breathtaking surroundings, Merlot Mountain is the perfect destination for a serene escape.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas.
PETS ALLOWED
Pets are permitted on the property. Pet fee is $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner’s severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
Pets must be house-trained and flea-free prior to arrival.
Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless safely crated.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless guests bring their own protective covers.
Excessive noise, including persistent barking, must be avoided to respect neighbors and quiet hours.
Any pet-related damages, odors, or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.
Guests must ensure pets do not disturb wildlife or neighboring properties.
GUEST LIMIT & AGE RESTRICTION
Maximum occupancy: 3 guests.
Children 8 years and older are welcome.
**NOTE**
The age restriction for children is primarily due to safety concerns, as the pool doesn’t have a gate surrounding it. However, if you’re able to bring children under 8 with proper guardian supervision and ensure they are mindful around the pool area at all times, that would be acceptable.
QUIET HOURS
Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
NO PARTIES?EVENTS
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
HOT TUB & POOL:
Use responsibly and follow safety guidelines. Do not leave children unattended.
Hot Tub Use:
Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
Pool Heating Fee: $100 per day
INDOOR FIREPLACE/FIREPIT:
Ensure fires are completely extinguished after use.
CLEANLINESS
Please treat the home with care and leave it as you found it.
Dispose of trash properly and clean up after yourself.
PARKING
Free private parking is available on-site. Park only in designated areas.
NO DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Report any issues immediately to the host.
