Welcome to Pelican Landing, a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home! Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound and is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beach.
The main living area features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a dining area, a well-stocked kitchen, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The main level has one of the primary bedrooms with a king-sized bed, a guest bedroom with two queen-sized beds, and one of the full bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find the second primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a guest bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the second full bathroom.
With an outdoor grill, ample balcony space, yard/play area with outdoor games, beach wagon, beach essentials, and a kayak, this house is the perfect family-friendly getaway!
