DETAILS: Rumored to have been originally built in 1964 and then expanded in 1970 by noted designers Arthur Elrod and Steven Chase, legend has it that Collins Hideaway also served as Steven Chase’s Palm Springs residence for a period of time.
The primary suite features a king sized bed, and an en-suite bath featuring a jetted tub, flat screen TV, oversized multiple head steam shower and separate water closet. Also located in the primary suite is a high efficiency washer and dryer. The second primary also features a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Both primary suites offer access to the golf course patio. The third guest bedroom offers a king sized bed and direct pool patio access, while the fourth guest bedroom features dual twin beds. All bedrooms feature a Smart TV.
There is a mosaic tile in-ground pool and spa, enjoying views of the rugged mountains rising from the west. The large great room features a gas fireplace, media area with large TV, billiards table, and sunken bar area. Located in the Indian Canyons neighborhood, it is just a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs and Palm Canyon Drive, offering the finest in dining, shopping, art and culture.
