Built for convenience, the ground level of this stilted 2-story home includes a fish cleaning station, secondary refrigerator, covered parking, and an outdoor shower for sandy feet. The in-home elevator ensures easy main-floor access, while the private boardwalk leads to pristine white sands.

*Indian Sunsets offers an indoor elevator that goes from the ground level to the main level on the first floor. However, this elevator is a bonus amenity and is not a guaranteed feature of the home. Any residential elevator is susceptible to mechanical failure and as such, cannot be guaranteed.
*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and management fines.
