Welcome to a landmark of the area, the Lodge at Steamboat! Located just a block from the base of the Steamboat Ski area and offering great amenities at affordable prices, this place has long been a traveler’s favorite.
This condo has recently undergone a major refurbishment, and we are happy to offer, Lodge C204, a great 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo on the second floor of the centrally located C building at the Lodge. Its location in the complex affords a quick walk to either sets of hot tubs, the pool and the clubhouse building where you can catch the ski shuttle to the base.
The condo brand new flooring, a fresh coat of paint, new refrigerator, washer/dryer and more! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and great dining area. The living room is cozy and a nice place to rest your legs by the gas fireplace after a day on the mountain. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and attached bathroom with tub/shower combo plus access to the balcony. The second bedroom, great for the kids or another couple, features a Queen bed and a twin bed and access to the hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. For extra sleeping capacity for those siblings who dont want to share a bed or a last minute guest to join your trip, enjoy a brand new sleeper sofa in the living area.
The Lodge at Steamboat offers a heated pool, 2 outdoor hot tub areas and 1 indoor hot tub in the clubhouse. There is an on-site front desk for check-in and a ski season shuttle service that will whisk you back and forth to the ski area. The condo has a ski locker located outside the front door, so no need to figure out a place to keep your gear (or talk to us about the availability of one of our ski lockers in the base area). There is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo and parking in the lot for 2 vehicles.
You can easily walk to several restaurants nearby (.1 mile to Apres Burger Bistro & Wild Plum Eatery), a local brewery’s tap room (The Bus Stop - .1 mile) and a small mountain market (Wild Plum). Or walk a little further (.2 mile) to the base of the Steamboat Ski Area and have access to all of the restaurants, shopping and fun there.
Please note, this condo does not allow pets for renters and there is no smoking of any kind allowed.
