Back the hallway you will find a bedroom with Queen bed and attached bathroom, as well as a bedroom with Captain’s Bunk (twin over Full) and attached bathroom. Walk up to the main level with soaring ceilings and large windows. Here you will find the living area, gourmet kitchen and dining room with large table. There is a powder room nearby for your convenience. The deck is located just off the living area. There you will find a private hot tub and seating to take in that fresh mountain air. Also on the main floor is one of the 2 owner suites. You will find a King bed and large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Upstairs you will find an open loft with sleeper sofa and a nook with a desk for anyone who needs to catch up on some emails. There is a second owner’s suite with King bed, gas fireplace and another amazing bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub. Cimarron Townhomes is a luxury community of homes just a few blocks from the slopes. During this coming ski season, the property has an all day shuttle service through the HOA. Its also just a quick walk to the nearest free city bus stop or a little further to the slopes themselves. The community also features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. No campers, RVs, trailers, boats etc are permitted to park at the property per HOA rules. You are responsible for finding alternate parking for any additional vehicles. Sports Teams: Please note, per Cimarron HOA rules, sports team stays are not allowed.
