You’re also centrally located with Rosemary and Alys to the East - just 10-15 mins via bike, or you’re a golf cart ride away to Seaside to the West. The Northside pool is seasonally heated (Oct/Nov + Mar/April) and offers zero-entry (perfect for kids). The pool also features loungers, umbrellas, grills and dining, plus a locker room and restroom. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this. - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
