Please note that playing loud music is strictly prohibited at this
property. Guests must also keep noise levels low in the backyard,
especially when children are present, out of respect for the neighbors.
Failure to follow these rules will result in a fine. Please note that
both fireplaces on the ground floor are for decorative purposes only
and cannot be used. The pool will close for the season on October 6,
2025, and will no longer be available for guest use until further
notice. Pool heating is available as an optional add-on during summer
stays for $75 per night, ambient outdoor temperature permitting. The
temperature is kept at 75°F when provided. The home is just a short
walk from the beach. For guests who wish to drive, parking passes are
available for $50 per day. The Neighborhood: Tucked away in
Southampton’s charming village, Oceanstone offers easy access to the
area’s best beaches, dining, and shopping. Just minutes away, Cooper’s
Beach boasts soft white sand and stunning ocean views, while the
village center features boutique shops, art galleries, and top
restaurants like Sant Ambroeus and 75 Main. Whether you’re unwinding by
the shore or exploring local hotspots, Southampton is the perfect blend
of relaxation and luxury! Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed with
approval and a one time $150 charge. Property Manager requires a property rental
agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all
reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed
anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the
home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500
and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays
at this property to cover any property damage that may occur during
your stay. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is
confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and
released 2 days after departure. The release of this hold will initiate
2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the
home by our local team.
