Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo. When your family won’t quite fit in one room anymore, this one bedroom with a loft will give you just the right amount of additional space. You’ll find a traditional living and dining area with a fireplace and seating for 6 around the table along with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the mountain views from the deck off the living room. There is a queen bedroom on the main level with a full bath and laundry room. Upstairs in the enclosed loft, there are 2 twin beds and small bath with a shower. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. The condo entry is on the second level of the building w/ two floors inside, accessed by stairs. **Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. For more information, please contact Property Manager. **Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours. **For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. Pets are not permitted in any of the Property Manager properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
