Everglades is a small yet cosy retreat close to the quintessential seaside town of Southwold. The bungalow comfortably sleeps up to four guests and is the perfect getaway for family and friends, and not forgetting the dog. There is parking for 2 cars on the drive.

Heading inside there is a light and airy lounge with two comfy sofas, TV and an electric fire. Windows look out onto the garden.
Bright and airy dual aspect open plan kitchen / dining area with table and chairs to comfortably seat 4 guests, should you wish to dine in. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, washing machine, free standing fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Door leads into the garden.
Door from the kitchen leads to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and a vanity unit with a mirror.
Bedroom 2 has dual aspect making it a bright and airy room with 2 single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bathroom has a large walk in shower, WC and hand basin with storage below. A window lets in natural light.
Outside is a generous sized garden, mainly laid to lawn, perfect for dining al fresco with family and friends or simply enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple and soaking up the sun in the peace and quiet.
