Escape to Istria at this luxurious villa. This modern house, only 5 minutes from the beach, can sleep up to 6 people in comfort. With a private pool and jacuzzi, it is the ideal place for people to relax under the Croatian sun.
The modern villa is set in a pretty residential area with a terraced garden. There are sun-loungers around the heated, saltwater swimming pool, as well as a seating area and parasol. The jacuzzi is next to the outdoor kitchen, which includes a grill, wine fridge and sink. There is a breakfast bar for quick snacks and drinks, as well as a dining table for relaxed meals al fresco.
Inside the house, there is an open-plan living area that includes a stylish L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a desk for guests who need to work whilst holidaying. Large glass doors opposite the sofa lead out to the dining terrace and the garden beyond. There is an indoor dining table for 6 next to the new, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a convenient breakfast bar. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a drip coffee machine.
Elegant stairs lead up to the bedrooms on the first floor.

Location
The villa is only 10 minutes from the heart of the historic port of Poreč. This ancient town has so much to see, including the Euphrasian Basilica complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with Byzantine mosaics. Stroll through the streets of the old town and enjoy a cup of coffee or meal at one of the many excellent restaurants in town. You can even take a catamaran from Poreč to Venice (3.5hours) and arrive in the city by sea, a magical experience.
Close by visitors can enjoy Spadici Materada Beach (5 minutes) or Parentino Beach (6 minutes), which has great views of Poreč across the bay. There are many water sports available as well as dolphin sighting trips in the clear seas.
The historic city of Pula (55 minutes) makes an unmissable day trip. It is home to one of the best-preserved amphitheatres in the world, the Pula Arena. Visitors can explore most of the city on foot and see the Temple of Augustus and the Forum, as well as the impressive citadel. The Forum is the city’s central square, full of cafés and excellent restaurants. Close by you will find narrow streets, are packed with history and cute boutiques.
For self-catering Poreč has a farmers market from 6am to 2pm every day. Here you can find local produce, homemade cheese, olive oils and a wide range of vegetables and fresh fruit. Alternatively, there are several supermarkets less than 5 minutes from the villa.
Pula International Airport is 45 minutes away.
