The property is not fully fenced, and pets will need to be supervised. Please note that if you have small children, this property is directly on the waterfront and is not fenced to the water (there is a fence and gate on the roadside). The private balcony door can be closed or locked to prevent small children from getting out. Small pets are welcome at this property. There is a AUD 100 surcharge to have your pet stay. This surcharge may vary depending on the length of the stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets. This property has external security cameras, facing the hallway at the front door and on the balcony facing the car park. For safety, the property is equipped with a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire blanket and first aid kit in the kitchen, and a fire extinguisher in the BBQ area. WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra.
