ii. This property is pet friendly, the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is fully-fenced.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, refunded after inspection if no damages are incurred.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Property Manager requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us. We thank you for your understanding.
A security deposit of $2000 is required to be held by the Property Manager prior to Arrival.
