- All watercraft brought by guests must be thoroughly cleaned of any vegetation before being brought onto the property. Additionally, the watercraft should only be launched into Lake Todd from the property
- There are 2 separate in-law apartments located on the property. Their long-term residents share access to the common outdoor areas and may be present during your stay
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera. This camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera is located on the front door facing the front entrance. It records video and audio when motion is detected
