Welcome to this beautifully renovated and decorated spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Green Point.
The apartment features open plan living with shiny high gloss floor tiles reflecting much natural light. Huge double sliding doors open up the living room to the balcony and invites outside into your living space. The living room features a large comfortable double couch and ottomans to put your feet up after a busy day. A solid wood coffee table matches the 4 seater solid wood dining table and upholstered chairs where you can dine or work in comfort. There is also a matching solid wood TV cabinet with large flat screen TV with NETFLIX and DVD.
The kitchen has lots of cupboards and working surface to prepare a decent meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave oven and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double queen size bed with pedestals and bedside lamps for reading. Ottomans at the foot of the bed could be used as luggage racks for easy packing and unpacking. The second bedroom has two single beds with pedestal and bedside lamp.
The luxury bathroom has been completely renovated with tiles throughout. There is a bathtub, large separate walk-in shower, basin and toilet. The bathtub also has a handheld shower. This apartment comes with the convenience and safety of a private lock-up garage.
Situated near numerous restaurants, bars and coffee shops and is not far from one of South Africa’s premier attractions (The V&A Waterfront). Very close to Cape Town Stadium. Just one block away from Green Point’s Main Road along the My City bus route, which makes many parts of Cape Town easily accessible. Green Point is a great choice for travellers interested in Nature, Beach and Mountains.
