Enter the Ground Level of this beautiful house and head for the Den where you can relax after your long drive on the cozy Queen Sleeper Sofa and watch your favorite shows on the TV. Rinse off in the conveniently-located Outdoor Shower before taking a dip in the luxurious Private Pool* or soaking your bones in the bubbly Hot Tub out back. Whip up some snacks at the Wet Bar with a Full-Size Refrigerator and catch some Z’s in the Ground Level King Bedroom with an adjacent Full Bathroom shared with the Recreation Room. Burn off some steam playing Volleyball before taking advantage of the nearby Ocean Sands community Tennis Court and walking paths.
