This is a self-contained property rather than serviced, a small amount of instant coffee, sugar, tea, and sugar is provided as a complimentary. Towels are not replaced, but you are free to use the washing machine as needed.
We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
We allow cat or dog only. Per the listing, only one pet is allowed and up to 10kg only. An extra damage deposit of $250 applies.
