Welcome to our stylish 4BR, 3.5BA home in the heart of Houston—just minutes from the Medical Center, Museum District, and NRG! Sleeps 12 with the luxury of three King suites and ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy the third floor lofted space and a rooftop balcony with a beautiful city view. Looking for some extra fun? Hop on the video game table in the dining room and battle it out amongst friends. Top it off with garage parking and a gated entrance.
As you walk into the property, the first bedroom is on the bottom floor to your right. It has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and closet. Head up the stairs to the second floor where you will enter into the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Dining room has seating for 12 between the dining table and kitchen island seating. There is a patio off of the living room overlooking the street. There is a half bathroom off the kitchen, and a secondary patio on the backside of the kitchen. Head up to the third floor you will have the laundry room in the hallway between the master bedroom and third bedroom. Both bedrooms have a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and closet. The master bathroom has a stand along shower and bathtub. The fourth floor is a lofted space with two bunk beds twin over queen, and a beautiful rooftop balcony with plenty of seating and gorgeous city views.
There is a digital lock on the front door. You will receive your code for access the day of arrival.
