Geri’s Place #4 is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage that boasts ocean views from the top deck and direct access to the beach. And when you’re ready for a break from the sand, take the family to the Geri’s Place community pool and playground to keep the fun going.
When you step inside the Main Level of this beautiful home, the bright, wooden interior welcomes you to the perfect Outer Banks escape. Enjoy family movie night in the Living Area around the Flat Screen TV or a game of cards at the Gaming Table while you relax on the cozy furniture and enjoy unbelievable views of the ocean through the sliding glass doors. Cook up some fresh, local seafood in the well-equipped Kitchen nearby with modern appliances and plenty of space to make an impressive meal for the whole family. Eat together in the open-concept Dining Area, which has seating for 8, or at the Breakfast Bar, which comes vacation-ready with 6 bar stools. There’s also a Half Bathroom on this level, making it easy to freshen up. When you want some fresh air, take the sliding doors from the main living area out onto the Furnished Sun Deck where you can kick back in an Adirondack and enjoy the sunrise over the water or make your way down the stairs to cook up something fun and fresh on the Park-Style Grill before stepping directly onto the beach. Rinse off in the Outdoor Shower before making your way back upstairs.
At the end of the day, get some rest downstairs in one of the 4 tastefully-decorated Bedrooms, each with plenty of space and natural light to keep everyone comfortable. Settle into the King Bedroom, one of the two Queen Bedrooms, or the fun Bunk Room with 2 Sets of Bunk Beds, making this the perfect place to give the kiddos their own space! There’s also a stackable Washer & Dryer just down the hallway so midweek washes and beach towel fluff-ups will be a breeze. With a Full Bathroom with a Tub and a Full Bathroom with a Tub/Shower Combo, it will be easy for everyone to get cleaned up after a fun day at the beach and ready for a relaxing evening, whether you’re going out or staying at home to enjoy a night stargazing from the deck. When you’re done with the beach, head on over to the Geri’s Place Community Pool and Playground to keep everyone busy and enjoy that next level of ultimate Outer Banks fun!

The location of this cottage in South Nags Head makes it easy to relax in the peaceful and natural surroundings, grab some food from Nags Head’s renowned restaurants, or pick up a souvenir from a local retailer! You’re just a short drive away from great restaurants, historic sites, and other local attractions. Less than 3 miles down the road, be sure to visit the Bodie Island Lighthouse and climb to the top for a 360-degree view of the surrounding sound and marshland. Take the Herbert C. Bonner Bridge over Oregon Inlet and spend the day exploring Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge on nearby Hatteras Island or rent a charter out of Oregon Inlet and spend the day on the water trying to reel in the big one. If you prefer to stay on land, try visiting the nearby Outer Banks Fishing Pier where after casting out a line, you can stop in the pier’s restaurant—Fish Heads—to sample fresh, local seafood or enjoy a cold drink and live entertainment after dinner.
