Mid-Century Style, Garden Living & Minutes from Downtown
Colorful, comfortable, and full of personality, Chestnut Place brings a playful mid-century feel to a quiet Walla Walla setting just under two miles from downtown.
Recently refreshed throughout, the home blends vintage-inspired design with beautifully updated spaces. The open kitchen and living area create an easy gathering place, with generous counter seating, a fireplace, and plenty of room to settle in after a day exploring the Valley. A separate TV room offers another comfortable place to relax, play games, or enjoy a movie—and the full-size sleeper sofa adds flexibility for larger groups.
Everything is conveniently located on one level. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and its own access to the patio.
Two additional bedrooms—one king and one queen—share a beautifully updated full bathroom, while an additional half bath makes mornings and evenings a little easier when everyone is getting ready at once.
Outside, Chestnut Place really comes into its own. Three sliding doors connect the home to an expansive deck and fully fenced backyard surrounded by established landscaping. Gather for dinner beneath the covered outdoor dining area, fire up the grill, turn on some music through the outdoor speakers, or spend a slow morning with coffee in the garden. There’s plenty of lawn for games—and plenty of room for your dogs to enjoy the outdoors, too.
Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, the home feels pleasantly removed while keeping Walla Walla close at hand. Downtown tasting rooms and restaurants are less than two miles away, with Whitman College and Pioneer Park nearby for morning walks, pickleball, or a little time outdoors.
With a two-car garage, additional parking, laundry, and comfortable spaces both inside and out, Chestnut Place makes settling into Walla Walla wonderfully easy.
Bright design, a beautiful backyard, and a home that doesn’t take itself too seriously—Chestnut Place brings a little extra personality to your Walla Walla getaway.
