THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Be transported to the Spanish countryside in these two state-of-the-art vacation suites in the highly acclaimed Paso Robles Wine Country. Sitting at the edge of the City of Paso Robles, this contemporary guesthouse feels like it’s miles away from the hustle and bustle of life yet is only five minutes from downtown. Two luxurious suites, each with its own private deck and fire pit are the perfect escape to relax & unwind. It’s the ideal getaway for 2 couples, a ladies’ wine weekend or a 60th birthday celebration.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Off the main living area are two individual suites, lovingly dubbed Oak and Barn, each with their own en suites, entrances, private decks and fire pits.
The Oak suite boasts a large king bed with luxurious linens, a love seat and TV for your enjoyment. The en suite has spa-like amenities: dual vessel sinks, a large slipper soaking tub, a separate stand-up shower, private water closet and a wet bar. There is also a private deck with a fire pit for you to sip your wine and stargaze.
The Barn suite boast a large king bed with luxurious linens, a love seat and TV for your enjoyment, along with a wetbar. The en suite has spa-like amenties: dual vessel sink and a large stand-up shower.
Both en suites have hair dryers, and bedrooms have quality luxe linens and storage for your belongings.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the home via a digital keypad off the massive deck and BBQ area. The living space has a large sleeper sofas, two side chairs and a 65” SmartTV equipped with Roku.
Adjacent to the sitting area, is the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a huge island surrounded with 8 bar stools – a great place to hang while entertaining the chef. This chef’s dream kitchen includes: two 4-burner Gaggenau cooktops, two convection ovens, two dishwashers, huge, French-door fridge/freezer, ice-make and dual-zone wine cooler. A plethora of small appliances, service ware and tools are all available to complete a festive, gastronomic delight.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room table with bench seating that can easily accommodate up to 10 and direct access to the outside patio for dining al fresco.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
An accordion glass door wall opens up to the main deck and the BBQ area which includes a pizza oven, a Santa Maria style BBQ (experienced cooks only) and a regular gas BBQ for grilling up some great grass-fed steaks from Sinson & Sons.

If you need to work while trying to vacation or, perhaps, you’re doing a workcation, there hi-speed Starlink wi-fi for extremely fast Internet access.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and make-up towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in laundry area. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Wine Country central! This home is just 5 minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine-tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
A few miles from the house there is a Food 4 Less, Smart & Final, and a Walmart. In Paso you can find a quality cheese shop, Vivant Fine Cheese, along with some cigar shops, Boyd’s and Third Base Market & Spirits.

Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee’s where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
