According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. 4. No unapproved parties gatherings are allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times (unless otherwise approved by Property Manager); the property has Noise Alarms. 6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. __________________________________ Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 8. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted.
