When getting from the property to Stoke-on-Trent, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot or get a taxi as finding parking can sometimes be a struggle.
Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.

*No Parties or Events Allowed
This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Property Manager deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Property Manager to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 7 Nights
Additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra fee.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)
