You have access to all 3 rooms. The property is a 2 minute walk from Hampstead High street. With buses into central London and the Underground station (Northern Line) under a 5 minute walk from your front door. Children and pets are not allowed. There are strict cleaning protocols to follow as the marble and stone are extremely bespoke and need t be handles correctly and with care. A cleaner will attend the flat for 3 hours on a Saturday so if your trip falls within this time this is complementary. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental-guest screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments. Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s) Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
