**Space**
Luxury and refinement. Our 40 m² apartment, located on Quai de Rive Neuve on the 2nd floor, offers an exceptional location on the Old Port of Marseille. Completely renovated in 2025 as a high-end suite, it features very beautiful amenities and will delight the most discerning travelers. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers comfort and a resolutely sleek and chic style. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a splendid cut stone vanity unit and copper faucets. Public paid parking 100 meters away. The apartment is located in the heart of a secure and dynamic neighborhood (restaurants, bars).
To provide you with the best welcome, we supply bed linens throughout your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats, and one bath towel per person. Kitchen towels not included. Additionally, welcome kits are available upon arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge.

The rate paid includes only the use of the beds. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional charge of €7.50 per night for the provision of sheets and towels; this amount must be paid after your reservation.
To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will neither be blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit.
The apartment is equipped with a steamer to iron your clothes.
The Port of Marseille is a lively neighborhood, with music until late at night. Especially on weekends.
The bedroom television is currently out of order, only the living room television is functional.

The accommodation will be available only from 3:00 PM and we recommend you arrive before 10:00 PM to benefit from our concierge’s help in case of difficulty upon arrival.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the accommodation before 10:00 AM.

Located in the heart of Marseille’s city center on the Old Port (1 minute away), the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro, and tram in the immediate vicinity). Explore this dynamic, lively, and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini Museum), discover markets with Mediterranean colors, and beautiful beaches. Place aux Huiles and its numerous bars and restaurants are 2 minutes’ walk away. Cours Julien, which offers dynamic nightlife and cultural activities, is 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. You will find many restaurants and bars near our accommodation to share good times, as well as numerous shops for your purchases or groceries.
