The villa features a lovely private pool and a sunny south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the Algarve sun. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area — a great place to gather and unwind.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, kitchen, and direct access to the balcony and pool area. The first bedroom, with a double bed, is also on this floor, along with a bathroom featuring a bathtub and toilet. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with its own ensuite bathroom and two that share a comfortable family bathroom in the hallway.

Located just 12 kilometres from the centre of Portimão, this villa invites you to enjoy its modern style and comfortable amenities. Set in a quiet residential area, the villa offers privacy and peace while still being only a 14-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Portimão and Alvor. The area also offers plenty of entertainment options and activities to enjoy during your stay.
Transit
Although you can find trains, buses and uber/taxi services in the area, a (hire) car is highly recommended for this trip as the accommodation is in stand-alone urbanisation. Parking is free and there is free parking readily available in most towns and beach areas.
