Welcome to Casa Verde by Property Manager (@stayfieldtrip), a refined wine country estate located on 2.5 private acres in the heart of Temecula complete with local Tempranillo grape vines. The property includes a primary villa and a detached casita, designed to accommodate larger groups seeking privacy, comfort, and flexibility across two structures.
The estate is designed for entertainment. Spend the day by the private pool and waterfall-spa, unwind under the fruit trees, or enjoy a meal in one of 2 outdoor dining areas: one nestled under a slatted pergola and one poolside. The property also features an outdoor shower, propane fire pit, bocce ball court, and a private pickleball court, offering plenty of options for both relaxation and recreation. Above the property, there is a small deck with amazing views of sunset, fruit trees and rolling hills of wine country.
The main residence offers 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite with pool access, a sitting area, and a master bath with a clawfoot soaking tub. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with professional-grade appliances, granite countertops, and a central island with prep sink, while two indoor dining areas plus pull up counter stools, provide ample space for entertaining. 3 dedicated desks will allow you to work from home and stay on vacation longer. The private home theater with wet bar, plus a converted garage with pool, ping pong, and arcade games ensure no shortage of fun.
The detached 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom casita is its own little oasis. A short walk from the main house offers proximity but privacy; it has a full kitchen, full living room and 3 separate built-in work from home stations. Outside, you’ll find the casita has its own hot tub, lounge area, grill and covered outdoor dining area.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your Property Manager home is now easier than ever. Property Manager’s guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you’ll find it all here.
- PARKING - The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted inside the unit and the guidebook sent prior to check-in. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.
- POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per night. For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee is required.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
