A massive wrap around deck welcomes you to this incredible Stonybrook property—fully equipped with lounge seating (weather permitting), al fresco dining area, and a BBQ grill! A large mudroom, complete with hooks, shelving, and a bench is a great drop zone before walking into the main areas of the home. The well-stocked kitchen is the center of the main level with a six-burner range and counter bar with stools. A breakfast nook is adjacent with loads of windows flooding the space with morning light. This space also serves as overflow from the formal dining area with its beautiful circular table and built-in hutch. The open flow carries to the warm and welcoming living room with lovely furnishings, designer touches, a wood-burning fireplace, and a dry bar with separate wine and can coolers. For a little more privacy, head to the small den with club chairs and a desk—easily used as a home office.
The primary king bedroom completes the main level with a private deck and gorgeous ensuite. The upper level is home to three more guest rooms—two queen bedded rooms share a jack and jill bathroom, and the third features two queen beds and a private ensuite with jacuzzi tub. A fifth queen-bedded guest room is located privately on the lower walk-out level of the home. This lower level also boasts an incredible rec space and living area—highlight include ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, a large TV, and roomy sectional to hang out on. A laundry area and bonus mudroom with custom cubbies and closets ensuring storage for the whole gang rounds out this space.
