Cody’s Clubhouse is a sensational retreat—nature lovers, foodies, craft brew fanatics, outdoor enthusiasts, and those just looking to getaway will delight in this home.
A wonderful, covered porch and entryway welcomes you to the Clubhouse. Inside, an open floor plan allows ease of movement and conversation from the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen is perfect for the chefs in the group—it’s incredibly well-stocked, features high end appliances, tons of counter space, and a walk-in pantry. Even doing dishes is delightful with the view out the window! Wood floors run the length of the common areas and lead past the dining area to the living room where a handsome wood-burning fireplace takes center stage. An adjacent home office provides privacy and quiet for any important to-dos.
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, everyone in the group can also enjoy their own privacy. The spacious and color-infused primary bedroom is located on the main level with a king-sized bed and fantastic ensuite—it also has direct access to a lovely three season sunroom. The upper level features two more guest rooms, another office/den space, and a shared bathroom. There is a convenient powder room located near the entryway on the main floor.
Outside, a large and wonderfully manicured yard is surrounded by a diverse mix of northern hard and softwood forest. If you aren’t out strolling the grounds, the massive deck is the perfect spot to kick back and take in the beauty. Located in Waterbury, this home is close to excellent hiking and biking trails, the Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Ben & Jerry’s, fantastic dining options, microbrew spots, and still only 10 minutes to Stowe village—we suggest taking the backroads for the full Vermont experience!
