A fresh take on condo living in Stowe inside and out!
A pathway of wooden steps leads to this lovely one-level condo at the Mountainside complex. The property has been recently remodeled with thoughtful attention to detail made with every decision. Common spaces include a compact kitchen with a layout ensuring ample counter and cupboard space as well as the fresh touch of open shelving. The dining table is inviting for meals and game nights, comfortably seating six under a bohemian inspired rattan light fixture. An adjacent living area is flooded with natural light and features comfortable furnishings to relax at the end of the day. Two cozy guest rooms—one with a twin bunk and one with a queen bed—share a common bathroom while the queen-bedded primary suite has a private full bathroom ensuite. There are new wall a/c units in the living room and primary bedroom for added comfort on warm summer days, or unwind on the expansive covered deck with breathtaking mountain views. Relax on the outdoor sectional or bring your meal outside at the table with seating for six. This stunning rental offers the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor living!
Guests also have free access to the community amenities, including a refreshing indoor heated pool, brand new hot tub, sauna, and fitness room. For those looking for a bit of outdoor fun, there are tennis and pickleball courts available in the summer, as well as a playground for the little ones. There are also community grills and picnic areas to enjoy. The parking areas accommodate 2 vehicles per condo and the free winter shuttle stops directly across the street, making it easy to access the slopes in winter. Adventure awaits just outside your door year-round, with skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and more opportunities nearby. The scenic Rec Path, forested trails, and area waterfalls are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, while brewery tours and restaurants offer a taste of the local craft scene while you refuel for another adventure.
