A fantastic locale and three floors of (freshly remodeled) townhouse living make Village Sunrise a sweet homebase for all your Stowe explorations. This Depot Street location in the heart of Stowe Village is perfect—the walkability factor to Main Street, the Stowe Recreation Path, attractions, the arena, parks, and seasonal Mountain Road Shuttle is ideal. There is no need to worry about parking with a stay here during one of Stowe’s annual events that shut down Main Street—including the Fourth of July, the British Invasion, and Halloween. A well-planned main level includes a tiled entryway to stow your gear, a powder room, and an L-shaped layout for the living areas. The well-stocked kitchen features ample counter space, storage, and a breakfast bar to seat three. A dining area opens to a covered front deck—the perfect shady spot to sit with morning coffee and watch the local wildlife (a beaver family and myriad birdlife in the summer) busy themselves around the wetlands across the street. The living area is cozy and comforting with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, tv, and built in bookshelves. The bright upper level is home to the primary bedroom with a king bed, closet, tv, and large ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower. A guest bedroom—ideal for kids or young families—has a Queen bed and a set of bunk beds and a full bath ensuite. Beautiful wood floors and comfy throw rugs are found throughout this floor. The lower level of the home is so much fun! This open space is multi-purpose with a foosball table, two full size arcade games—Mrs. Pacman! —large sofa and TV for gaming and movie nights, an extra bunk bed, and the laundry area. A great spot to hang! Pets are not permitted at this property.
