Unwind and enjoy at this beautiful Stowe Village home
Village with a View is a brand-new home in Stowe and already a fast favorite for visitors. Quality, comfort, and a well-planned layout are combined into one perfect package. With four bedrooms and easy walking distance to the village, this is a great home for families and friends traveling together.
Situated in an uber convenient location with views of Mount Mansfield, access to all that Stowe offers is easy. A walk to the historic village for dining, shopping, and sipping, is less than ten minutes. Just out your door, you can access the mowed Quiet Path which meanders along the river. This bucolic path connects to Stowe’s paved Recreation Path, which winds its way up the Mountain Road for over five miles, with periodic outlets to access the myriad businesses. We recommend bringing bikes (you can store them in the attached garage) or renting them in town!
An open concept with loads of natural light, and urban farmhouse style flow through this home. On the main level, hardwood floors with radiant heat are both beautiful and warm. The well-equipped kitchen has a large island for prepping and gathering, and a live edge dining table invites shared meals nearby. This level also has a lovely living room with deck looking toward the mountains and a large primary bedroom with ensuite. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared bath. The finished lower level adds a four-bedded bunk room and bath, with bonus space for you to scatter with a den and ping pong/game area—kids will love movie nights and hangtime after a day full of fun activities!

This property has limited parking with only three spaces: one in the garage, one on the right-hand side of the garage, and one outside the home.

Stowe, Vermont is a picturesque destination nestled in the Green Mountains, known for its outdoor activities. The Stowe Mountain Resort is a popular spot for skiing and snowboarding during winter, offering diverse terrain suitable for all skill levels.
When the weather warms up, the area becomes a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with numerous trails offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. One of these trails is the famous Long Trail that passes through Stowe.

For those interested in history and culture, Stowe has much to offer as well. The Vermont Ski and Snowboard Museum provides insight into regional sports history while concerts are held throughout the year at Trapp Family Lodge (owned by the family that inspired "The Sound of Music").
