The entire family will have their own luxurious sleeping accommodations with a King bed in the primary and first guest bedroom, as well as a separate full bed and a bunk bed unit in the third bedroom. Well thought-out for comfort and convenience, the furniture is large and comfortable. Complete with a private deck and grill, this townhouse is ready for your family to enjoy! Step outside into the deciduous forest and find yourself just steps away from Topnotch Resort’s entrance. The resort’s 23,000 square-foot spa is secluded on 120 untouched acres and includes saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, a 60-foot lap pool, a hydro massage waterfall, aerobics classes, cardiovascular/weight training studios, face and body treatments, beauty salons, and more. Topnotch’s world-class tennis center and Stowe’s great skiing are just minutes away and are among the multitude of activities found at this destination. Please note: Top bunks are not suitable for adults. Additional resort amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center, and spa, are available for additional fees. While firewood is not provided at this condo, it is available for purchase at many area stores. The Topnotch HOA permits only 1 pet per condo. All pets must be pre-approved during the booking process. Only select properties allow pets. Additional conditions and fees apply. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. ​​​​​​​Winter in Vermont brings snow, icy roads, and occasional storms. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended to book this property. Please drive carefully and ensure your vehicle is properly equipped for winter conditions.
