A wonderful get-away any time of year!
Enjoy this home adjacent to the Mt. Mansfield ski area in any season. Its appeal in winter is obvious, but these townhomes also make an excellent home base for all your Stowe endeavors year-round.
This lovely, renovated townhome comfortably sleeps six in three bedrooms spread over two levels. The living room is prime for kicking back—a huge sectional couch, TV, and slate-faced gas fireplace encourage you to stay a while after a day of exploring. A wall of windows provides great light, and a small private deck is accessed here. The lower level is home to the kitchen and dining area with banquette seating—a great space for relaxed cooking and conversation. An ample entryway with the perk of a boot dryer (!) fits your gear. Décor is neutral in tone throughout, with pops of color in vivid artwork on the walls.
The Tollhouse Condos are conveniently located for access to some of Stowe’s favorite year-round activities. In winter, grab your skis and slip down to the Toll Road lift (weather dependent) to connect over to the Stowe Mountain Resort—alternatively, a quick drive or ride on the complimentary Mountain Road shuttle (shuttle stop only 0.3 miles from the door!) will have you at the base of the quad for first tracks! For the cross-country skier, the Nordic Center is just a ski in the other direction!
Spring through Fall brings a whole load of fun— great access to hiking and mountain biking trails right from your door! The resort activities are plentiful and include the Mt. Mansfield Auto Toll Road, Gondola SkyRide, Tennis, wining, dining, shopping and more. A refreshing dip in the condo’s community pool after a day of enjoyment is icing on the cake!
Only two vehicles may park immediately outside the condo. Additional vehicles can park at the pool area. Vehicles not adhering to parking restrictions will be towed at the guest’s expense—guests will not be compensated for towing fees. The HOA also has a strict non-smoking policy.
Guest pets are not permitted at any Tollhouse condos. Only select properties allow pets. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. Please note that owners are permitted to have pets. Please be understanding and respectful of this HOA policy, which is outside of the control of Stowe Country Homes.
Smoking inside the units or outside within 50 feet of any buildings including patios, decks, and walkways is prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in guests being fined directly from the Association. Please be respectful of these rules.
Winter in Vermont brings snow, icy roads, and occasional storms. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended to book this property. Please drive carefully and ensure your vehicle is properly equipped for winter conditions.
