Perfect for groups to enjoy the ultimate Stowe experience
Weeks Hill provides a cherished combination of privacy and convenience in Stowe. Large and bright, and room enough to sleep up to 8 guests, this home is a favorite of returning guests!
This unique, gem of a house sits on a gorgeous, hillside piece of property with breathtaking, bucolic views of surrounding mountains, farms, and pastures—and the sunsets, well, just wait until you see one of those! With acres of land to use, sledding, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing can all be enjoyed in the backyard. All this and still within walking distance (or a zippy bike ride) into the town of Stowe. You can see the Quiet Path, meandering along the Little River and past the sports fields—a favorite spot for walking the dog (and they are welcome here!). Access to the multi-use Recreation Path and the many eateries, shops, and pubs along the Mountain Road is minutes away. Stowe Mountain Resort is just a 10-minute drive up the road.
This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom home is a rare find and a perfect set up for families and groups of friends. The kitchen is, without a doubt, the hub of the home—a modern space with Tuscan flair and space to cook for the crew. The extra-long rustic farmhouse table that seats 14, is made for family-style meals. A spacious living room with cathedral ceilings and view-framing windows is equipped with comfy furniture, a fireplace, and flat screen TV. The bedrooms are dispersed throughout the three levels of the home which adds comfort and privacy for families and friends staying together. A lower-level den with rec room (includes ping pong!), outside decks, and rolling lawn add to entertainment areas.
