All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time. 3rd bed is a futon style foam queen mattress located in the guest bedroom. Pack and play and high chair provided. We care about your stay and hope to have you as our guest very soon! One non-shedding, potty trained dog under 50lbs is also welcome at this home with additional pet fee, however there is not a yard. Dog can never be left alone inside or outside home. Guests understand air mattresses and sofa sleeping are not permitted at the property, extra blankets and sheets are not provided. This property may or may not have security cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j). Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas. These are not listening or recording devices.
