Unique to Kempa Kai is its proximity to Starfish Point, a white-sand protected beach with a shallow swimming area just 300 yards west of the villa. Kempa Kai’s maximum occupancy is 16 guests sleeping in beds.
Roll-away beds are permitted for children 12 or younger. Infants, 2 or younger in cribs, do not count against occupancy.
After pampering yourself at Kempa Kai, take a short walk to the Kaibo Yacht Club & Marina and indulge in delicious food and drinks, or embark on a charter to Stingray City. Another nearby fun spot is The Rum Point Club, just a short 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. Rum Point offers watersports, scuba, snorkeling, beach bars, restaurants, and a souvenir gift shop.

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Christmas & New Year’s dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.

***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
