The University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, Kinnick Stadium, Carver Hawkeye Arena, the Campus, Downtown Iowa City, and the Old Capital are all 5 to 10 minutes away. Enjoy the dual OLED flat-screen-TVs in the living room with complementary Hulu+ESPN+Disney+ for all guests. Take advantage of the premium appliances and cook a meal to enjoy in front of the press-button fireplace. Or work from home in style! Before you check-in, and just after booking, we require guest verification. At the time of check-in, we place a security deposit hold of $500 on the card on file. You will receive information after booking and the process only takes a couple minutes. This allows us to provide a safe location for our guests, neighbors, and employees.
